Training Session: Week #2, Day #4

Bench training from the other day. Was slightly higher volume today with some of the assistance exercises.

As for my incline presses…I’m actually supposed to do decline but I am a huge pussy, and have never been confident enough to do them ever, much less without a spotter. Working on it.

    Decline is actually easier and in that way more safer then incline. If you start with light weight and build up to heavier weight over a periode of time, you will notice that you get more confident since benching from a decline positions is easier to perform. You will also feel more confident with heavier weights as a result.
