Forgot to log yesterday’s.

Pretty good bench session today. I am happy with how it is progressing lately. Could go along faster and I wouldn’t complain…but at least it’s moving!

 

Bench:

Wide-Grip DB Press:

25’s x 12×4

 

Close-Grip Bench Press:

90x5x4

 

Incline Push-ups

3×10-12

 

DB Curls:

20’s x10

17.5’s x12

15’s x15x3
