Okay session today. I do realize now how weak my shoulders are. Really need to work on them more.

Tomorrow is my day off, then starting on Tuesday I’m going to get some regular videos of my main lifts for critique and form check.

    I LOVE your new blog! So much better than fitocracy! Your DB OHP- was that 35lb in EACH arm- so a 70 lb DB OHP? Hardly weak shoulders!

      Thank you! Yes it was. I’m glad you think they aren’t weak, haha. My upper body has always been my weak link!
