NOTES: First week is very light before the percentages are ramped up. The sets are read as sets x reps unless it’s just a single number, which means it’s just one set + reps.

 

Deadlifts:

4″ Block Pulls:

135×5

185×3

205×3

220x3x3

 

 

OLY Squats:

bar x lots

95×5

135x3x8

 

 

Lying Leg Curls (didn’t have space to do GHR)

65×5 >> 80×5

80x4x10

 

BW Back Extensions:

1×50
